GoSchedule provides every business organization or professional with beautifully designed public booking page which is also known as Store. With the public page, Customers and potential leads can schedule appointment, reach out to you via Lead forms. With the customization in mind, We have added options to customize the public booking page from Custom Domain to search engine optimization.

Business Settings

Business settings provides basic settings to configure such as Business Hours, Subdomain, Business Address, Phone Number, Logo Support. To Update the business settings,

  1. Go to the Settings module in the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on “Business Info” Tab.

  3. Enter the basic information such as Business Hours, Subdomain, Business Address, Phone Number, Logo.

  4. Hit Save. Now the corresponding organization is updated and changes are reflected immediately.

SEO Settings

SEO Settings helps the search engines to get better visibility on the public booking page. Adding information to the SEO Settings, will add benefits of indexing the content in Search engines.

  1. Go to the Settings module in the left navigation bar.

  2. Select the “SEO Settings” tab.

  3. Edit the basic information such as Title, Meta Keywords, Description, About us.

  4. Hit Save. Now the corresponding organization is updated and changes are reflected immediately in the public booking page.

Booking Page Customization Settings

Booking page customization helps in adding social media links, custom links to your websites, background theme color, Cover image to represent your organization or profession.

  1. Go to the Settings module in the left navigation bar.

  2. Select the “Customize” tab.

  3. Edit the basic information such as social media links, custom links to your websites, background theme color, uploading cover image.

  4. Hit Save. Now the corresponding organization is updated and changes are reflected immediately in the public booking page.

Integrations

GoSchedule plays well with other workplace software with help of integrations. Our primary focus is to position GoSchedule to help all your scheduling needs across the platform and software that’s used in workplace. We’ve now supported four Integrations that helps in automating all your tasks across the application.

  1. Zapier Integration - GoSchedule helps in sync and accept appointment schedule with other apps easily via Zapier Marketplace which consist of 1500+ Apps.

  2. Google Calendar Integration ( GSuite ) - GoSchedule helps in sync the calendar in real-time when the appointment is scheduled from the platform.

  3. Outlook Calendar Integration ( Office365 ) - GoSchedule helps in sync the calendar in real-time when the appointment is scheduled from the platform.

  4. Zoom Video Conferencing - GoSchedule helps in schedule meeting automatically and sends invite when the appointment is scheduled from the platform.

  5. Razorpay Payment Integration - GoSchedule helps in accepting online payments when the appointment is scheduled with help of razorpay integration.

  6. Paypal Payment Integration - GoSchedule helps in accepting online payments when the appointment is scheduled with help of Paypal integration.

Plugin Integration

Plugins helps in accepting bookings from your own website with few steps involved and intuitive user interface.

Currently plugin integration is in experiment beta stage. If you would like to enable latest plugin integrations, kindly reach out to our support. We do have plans to support for WordPress, Blogger, Microsoft Sharepoint, Squarespace and even more.

Billing

Billing section helps you in choosing and upgrading to our paid plans.

  1. Go to the Settings module in the left navigation bar.

  2. Select the “Billing” tab.

  3. Choose the appropriate plan for upgrading the organization.

  4. Now, Enter the Credit/Debit Card information as requested with Card number, CVV, ZIP Code and Expiry Date.

  5. Hit Pay. Now the corresponding organization is updated and changes are reflected immediately in the public booking page.
